Melinda is an experienced Colorado Mortgage Broker/Banker with nearly a decade of mortgage lending experience and a strong knowledge of the residential and commercial finance industry.

I work with numerous different investors, and I will always find the best rate and product for you whether it's a Conforming or Government Loan, Purchase, Refinance or Home Equity Line of Credit.  I am experienced in many Down Payment Assistance Programs that you may qualify for, and I do offer Low to No Closing Cost Loans, as well as Interest Only Payment Options.
